Als Bestroofung hun ech mech dun am Auto mat "CranBerry"- Jus vollgekleckert....daat ginn Flecken déi net méi rausginn..... :(

This year for my brithday ( always used this a an argument to get myself a nice little present), I got myself a brand new 22" WideSrceen Monitor...But not a standard PC Monitor, it's equipped with HDMI, Scart and RGB entries, so that my old consoles can be hooked up to it.

It's a Samsung T220HD, and I'm very happy with it :

As of now, I've only hoked my good old trusty NES onto it :

As you can see, it supports several video Modes, the picture above showing of Super Mario 3 in 4:3 Mode. If i put it in 16:9 Zoom, it is looking awfully ugly. Same things happens with the NEO GEO or the PC Engine hooked to a 16:9 TV...guess the old machines do not like modern TV's and their "*ç#@ WideScreens .

Furthermore, I got a nice trip to Rome with my wife from my wife for my Birthday. Looking forward to finally get to see that ancient City ! Will report about this in September !

Best Present ever

Besides the trip to Rome and the 22" Monitor, i got the best present a man can ever imagine :

We're getting some babies  !

We went to see the Doctor's today, and my wife got an echographie done...Everything was great, and when the doc said : " Look ! There's another one behind..:" We realized that we were getting Twins !! (and my wife was very angry at me, but only for a very short period of time...)

I do not remember everything clearly, a I was staring at the screen looking at those black/white screens where 2 tiny little thingies were shown :

Afterwards, we went for a long walk in the City to realize what we were just told to by the Doc.

Hmm, I wonder how much Life is about to change for us......gotta need to create space for the new Family Members....
